Dog Show in Brooklyn Heights on Sunday

Brooklyn Heights dogs will compete in a dog show as part of Montague Street's "Summer Space" this Sunday afternoon. The categories for entries are: Best Smile, Best Trick, Cutest Small Dog (under 25 lbs), Cutest Big Dog, Best Hairdo, Best Tail Wagger, Most Affectionate. The Brooklyn Heights Association’s Best In Show will be chosen by the audience.

Only Brooklyn Heights dogs can enter but it may be fun to watch and help choose the winner.

Make Your Dog a Star

Our favorite pet store, Love Thy Pet is holding a contest to choose a cover star for their own brand of Love Thy Pet dog treats. Here are the details:
 
Email up to four pictures of your best friend to lovethypetbklyn@yahoo.com

A panel of judges will select four small breed, four medium breed, and four large breed dogs. Winners will be printed on a special run of Love Thy Pet Treats, which are especially made for Love Thy Pet using only natural ingredients. Contest ends 9/30/11.
