Hi Everyone,

I had an interesting conversation this morning at the dog run. I spoke with a regular, he has been in Carroll Gardens for sometime now, he was around when the run was built ( $600,000 according to him ) it seems that the adjacent property is not owned by the Parks Department ... but the Department of Highways.

    Interesting news - I had a feeling that that would be true. Hopefully they can negotiate because it would be wonderful to expand the run. I have heard about another run negotiating land use with the Department of Transportation. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
